Originating in 2017, CulturalCo, LLC is a minority- and woman-owned consulting firm located in the greater Los Angeles area. We guide leaders and organizations to build capacity, strengthen innovation, and increase organizational performance by creating a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive environment. CulturalCo delivers strategies and tools that position you to build upon and enhance your organization’s structures, systems, people, and culture. Our scope of services includes equity, diversity, and inclusion training, organizational development, and consulting through training, workshops, assessments, and coaching.
