Since inception – CHS leadership has provided direct clinical therapeutic services, staff supervision, treatment planning, program management, mentorship/training workshops, and contract administration. CHS personnel have been dedicated to assisting people thru a multi-disciplinary approach that values collaboration, engages experienced practitioners from varied fields, cultural experts, and community action leaders to leverage the collective human capital to resolve problems and manifest creative solutions. The administrative team of CHS has extensive experience in assessing and adapting program services to individuals with behavioral/mental health issues and addressing marginalized populations within a multidisciplinary approach that is nurturing and clinically sound in best practices.
