Formed in California in 2014 and led by an organizational development practitioner with 20+ years of senior HR and transformation experience, the firm delivers change programs, HR advisory, enterprise transformation including M&A integration and operating model redesign, leadership and culture training, talent strategy, and process reengineering. Methods include credentialed coaching, systemic team coaching, strengths-based development, and Lean Six Sigma. Engagements span organizations of 1,100 to 36,000 employees, with documented savings, engagement gains, and efficiency improvements. The principal served on a DoD Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve advisory board and teaches organizational behavior and leadership as an adjunct.
