She is driven by a deep commitment to advancing Belonging, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access, and Liberation (B-IDEAL). Illy has led over 150 consulting projects and has partnered on many more. She has created content and delivered interactive and inspiring leadership training for thousands of individuals and organizations worldwide. Her involvement in essential initiatives such as the Innovation Tri-Valley Leadership Group's Advisory Board, and diversity and advancement panels for prominent companies like Merck, Western CPA, and Breastfeed LA, solidifies her position as a thought leader in the field of DEI.
