STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS & PROJECT TEAM BD&A has been managing facility relocations, furniture installations and furniture liquidations for forty years. BD&A has managed major facility relocations throughout the United States and Canada for some of the largest and best-known corporations, community colleges and universities in the United States. BD&A and its AsseTek Corporation subsidiary managed all of the Los Angeles Community College District’s(LACCD) physical assets, acquisitions, and liquidations for all nine colleges and district headquarters from 2004-2009 with a series of five one-year contracts for over $1,000,000 per year. (Performance award is attached). We developed an outreach program by hiring from twenty to fifty five of their students to assist us with the collection of the asset data depending on LACCD’s needs.
