The core functionality of BigWave Systems’ Referral platform (patent pending) involves five distinct processes: Referral Aggregation, Matching, Dissemination, Tracking and Reporting. In order to “match” a consumer’s request for help to the right and most available Assister, the system utilizes publish and subscribe technology as the architecture for a complex algorithm’ which matches a Referral with the queue of the “best-fit” experts.
