(Artemis Environmental) is a woman-owned consulting firm located in San Diego County focused on providing strategic leadership in regulatory permitting and planning related to biological and natural resources. Artemis Environmental can provide a full suite of services from project design through post-construction, including waters and wetlands permitting, endangered species consultations, biological surveys and technical reporting, environmental planning, environmental compliance, and monitoring and reporting. We also provide general project services, including policy analysis, project management, scheduling, GIS modeling and analysis, database development, data management, and web-based data collection tools.
