NASA is our prime customer, where as a subcontractor we provide Intelligent ITSM Support (ServiceNow and Remedy), Enterprise IT services and solutions include help desk and service desk operations; end-user IT support, incident response and trouble resolution; data center design, operations and maintenance; server, software and applications administration; and critical and specialized computer system support. We currently support System Administration, Network Administration and Information Security tasks. Additionally, in the Big Data space, Altech’s industry leading Big Data specialists have extensive experience in data intensive analytics using open source and cloud computing technologies. Additionally, Altech has a deep expertise in providing ETL support, Data Solutions and Creating Data Pipelines.
