Capabilities

Ahtna-Forgen JV is a Small Business Administration (SBA) mentor protégé entity formed between Ahtna Government Services Corporation (AGSC), a certified small disadvantaged business, Alaskan Native Corporation, and CPUC-recognized minority business enterprise, and Forgen, a major provider of environmental remediation, geotechnical, and heavy civil construction services nationwide. AGSC has led civil, vertical, earthworks, environmental, SWPPP/BMP, communications, design-build (DB), demolition, and renovation projects across the U.S. and in over 30 countries and Forgen is a dominant player in the flood management, erosion, and stream restoration space, having completed over 150 miles of levee and embankment construction and improvement. Together, we have a multi-faceted team of knowledge and experience to tackle large, complex horizontal construction projects from any of our five offices across the country.
