Capabilities

Annette Hill has been helping veterans and first responders, in a variety of of settings, for more than 25 years. The goal is to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, substance use disorder, relational problems, and suicide by increasing understanding, adaptability, retention and overall wellness. She provides presentations, training workshops and individual treatment to military and first responders, the general public, at the local and national level. Her passionate style of training focuses on the primary issues they face and is conducted in user friendly language, with tools given to assist in the process of understanding, adapting and healing.
