SmarterTools develops and supports three main products: SmarterMail, an email, groupware, and collaboration server that mirrors the features and functionality of Microsoft Exchange; SmarterTrack, a help desk which allows a business to offer quick, efficient support across multiple channels (email ticketing, live chat, knowledge base, etc.); SmarterStats, a business and website analytics product that translates a web server's log files into a graphical representation of website traffic, website errors, and more.
