Sabakiball is a competitive and athletic team sport that benefits institutions and coordinators incorporating Sabakiball into its programs. This co-ed sport is designed for all genders to play safely and competitively together, allowing institutions to comply with Title IX simply by implementing Sabakiball into its curriculum. Sabakiball is a non-contact sport which makes it a great concussion prevention activity without sacrificing the fast pace, fun game play or competitive atmosphere. The equipment is lightweight, easy to set up, and for indoor/outdoor use. Sabakiball has simple rules, promotes teamwork, teaches cooperation, and is challenging for multiple skill levels. Best of all, Sabakiball is for all ages making it the ideal sport for schools, parks and recreation, and other youth programs. Adult facilities that are looking to promote team building, bonding, and cooperation benefit from Sabakiball too such as military bases, prisons, and fire/police departments to name a few.
