Intertec Engineering, LLC (Intertec) is a Tempe, Arizona-based provider of engineering services, precision CNC manufacturing, and supply chain support for the aerospace and defense markets. From an AS9100D-certified, ITAR-registered facility with approximately 100 engineers, we support customers from concept through delivery: mechanical and electrical design, structural and thermal analysis, tooling design, controls certification (FAA DER on staff), and reverse engineering. Our machine shop delivers multi-axis CNC milling and turning in aluminum, stainless, titanium, and nickel alloys, with build-to-print production, AS9102 first article inspection, and managed outside processing. We also provide supply chain and material program support, including supplier qualification, strategic sourcing, kitting, vendor-managed inventory, and obsolescence and shortage mitigation. Intertec is DFARS 252.204-7012 compliant and CMMC Level 2 assessed by an accredited C3PAO.
