Villa - founder, owner of Daniel’s Flux Foundation a local special interest group (Est. in 2024) initially filing the entity with the AZ Secretary of State under the Tradename “Daniel’s Flux Foundation” was purposed for research and development in all areas among science of the physical, engineering, and life sciences (except nanotechnology and biotechnology). Sciences of the physical including but not limited to physics, astro-physics, & chemistry involving studies in matter, energy, space, & time.
