Dana Staser is the Founder/President of Dana Staser Consulting, LLC. She is a workforce and leadership development expert providing coaching and consultation to national early care and education agencies. She has worked with many Early Head Start/Head Start programs and Educare schools to increase high-quality service delivery to children and families by increasing staff and leadership skills and capacities. Dana provides in-personal and virtual support to programs for staff training in all areas of early care and education including new employee orientation, federal Head Start review preparation and self-assessment planning, leadership coaching, and programs systems review and development.
