Accessible Echo, dba Cardiovascular Imaging Academy, is a Nevada-licensed small business helping VA, DoD, and state hospital systems solve Cardiac Imaging staffing shortages. We deliver accelerated cardiac sonography education and employer-sponsored apprenticeships that convert costly contract/travel-staffing spend into a retained, in-house workforce. Our 12-month program has produced 100+ credentialed sonographers with a 100% first-time RCS pass rate and 100% job placement. Hospital partners realize an est. $2-3M in annual savings per site, backed by 3-year employment commitments that improve budget predictability and continuity of care. Delivered across Arizona and Nevada, including a partnership with Renown Health, with nationwide capability for federal and state hospital contracts.
