TraceWear™ is a defense-focused predictive maintenance software platform that identifies and forecasts mechanical wear and failure across military vehicles and mission-critical equipment. Unlike existing systems that rely on proprietary hardware, sensor arrays, or invasive vehicle modifications, TraceWear™ requires no additional sensors or physical changes. The vehicle itself is treated as the sensor, using operational behavior, usage history, environmental exposure, and system stress to infer component degradation and failure risk. This software-centric approach enables use on both modern and legacy vehicles, including basic platforms with limited instrumentation. Designed for secure, offline environments, TraceWear™ provides readiness indicators, risk scoring, and maintenance prioritization while reducing cost, downtime, and overall lifecycle burden compared to competing solutions.
