General Information Mountain Ridge Energy Services, LLC is founded by James Windsor, a Veteran of the United States Air Force with over 28 years of experience working in construction and power generation, of which 20 years has included direct experience installing, commissioning, maintaining, repairing, and managing Solar Operations and electrical equipment large Installation firms. He has completed of over 400 megawatts of PV systems as Lead Commissioner as well as management of over 125 renewable energy sites.
