Since 2001, Lockeby & Associates, Inc. has consistently provided high quality architectural and engineering design services to our customers throughout the United States. Our commitment to excellent quality has resulted in an impressive track record with regard to project timeliness, project cost control, and customer satisfaction. Our customers have included Dept. of Corrections, Dept. of Human Services, Military Dept., Dept. of Finance & Administration, Dept. of Public Safety, and other similar state and local entities. Our primary areas of expertise include architectural services as well as mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering services. In addition to “New Construction” projects, our firm has provided services for hundreds of “Renovation” projects such as complete HVAC renovations, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, emergency power systems, uninterruptible power supply systems, fire sprinkler systems, and “Clean Agent” fire suppression systems.
