Capabilities

CLS has provided engineering services in north central Arkansas and surveying services in Arkansas and Missouri since 1986. The professional staff of CLS consists of 1 CFedS, Arkansas & Missouri PS; 1 Arkansas & Missouri PS; 1 Arkansas PS & 1 Arkansas PE. The CLS staff includes 1 CST Level III & 7 CST Level I field personnel. CLS has completed survey tasks including: survey boundary establishment; survey boundary rehab; route & right of way surveys; utility corridor easement surveys; topographic & construction surveys; horizontal & vertical control surveys, including First Order Leveling; riparian surveys; flood elevation certifications & ALTA/NSPS surveys. Engineering projects include: water & sanitary distribution systems, storm water design, master planning of residential and commercial subdivisions; hydrologic & flood studies; preparing construction drawings & specifications; construction administration & inspection services; materials testing of concrete & soils.
