ARK Innovations Group, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) developing patent-pending tactical equipment, NDAA-compliant unmanned systems, and ISR technologies for defense and law enforcement. Products include the ARK-40 (40mm munitions carriage for M320), ARK-249 (M249 drum rapid-reload retention — no direct competitor exists), and ARK Rail System (modular quick-detach mounting platform). UAS capabilities include custom NDAA-compliant platforms with thermal and EO payload integration, VTOL reconnaissance systems, and deployable off-grid ISR camera networks. Training services include UAS operator training, OPFOR and force-on-force training, fieldcraft and small-unit tactical training, and mission planning support. Personnel hold FAA Part 107, federal FIC and BIC instructor certifications, and active DOE security clearance eligibility. All manufacturing domestic and ITAR compliant. SDVOSB sole source eligible under FAR 19.1406.
