Contracting executive with 4 decades of private industry and Federal Government experience in progressively complex acquisition assignments, and in various positions managing multi-million and multi-billion dollar contracting operations. During Government career, served as a Source Selection Authority; Standards Improvement Executive for the Functional Requirements Authentication Board; Chief of the Contracting Office; Special Competition Advocate; Task Order Ombudsman; and a Contracting Officer. Initial procurement career began in private industry as an Aerospace Buyer purchasing aircraft parts for fighter planes. Available to assist Government when consultant services (as an independent contractor) are needed for complex acquisitions.
