She provided counsel to senior Pentagon officials, Combatant Commanders, and Congressional leaders—ensuring alignment between complex technical initiatives and clear, actionable communications that informed stakeholders and protected institutional credibility. Heather’s expertise spans international diplomacy and coalition-building, having led communications efforts with NATO, Israel, Japan, Australia, and key partners across Europe and the Middle East. Her ability to unify messaging across diverse priorities has strengthened alliances and advanced U.S. defense objectives globally.
