New Deal LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) led by a USMC veteran, specializing in Occupational Health & Safety consulting and AI-driven compliance solutions. Our primary mission is providing expert Site Safety and Health Officers (SSHO) for federal and military construction projects. We ensure strict adherence to USACE EM 385-1-1, OSHA, and agency-specific safety regulations. Core services include developing Accident Prevention Plans (APP), conducting Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA), site audits, hazard mitigation, and daily safety management to keep operations incident-free. Beyond on-the-ground safety leadership, New Deal LLC leverages emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to automate safety documentation, regulatory tracking, and risk reporting. By combining tactical military discipline, rigorous SSHO oversight, and innovative AI integration, we reduce liability, protect personnel, and ensure uninterrupted contract execution.
