Thirty years of requirements analysis, structured design, implementation leadership, product and project management. Strong technical background and solid understanding of geospatial infrastructure management systems. Worked with over 170 utilities and communications companies worldwide. As a Member of the General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) Army Meter Data Management System (MDMS) Program Team, I currently serve as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) Stakeholder and Strategy Outreach Coordinator (SSOC) and System Engineer. I have served in this role since October 2016. I provide the services of a communications strategist, technical writer and trainer for promoting the adoption of the Army's MDMS to users and stakeholders by demonstrating through data services how reports and meter data analysis can help to monitor energy usage for facilities, identify priorities for energy savings, and measure and verify progress of energy savings projects.
