The Company, which was founded and is owned by DeLaurence R. Johnson and Tania J. Johnson, is structured as a privately held for-profit limited liability company (LLC), the prime members of which have over twenty (20) years of experience in the business. Colyjohn-One Associates has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate service industry. From home sales of rehabilitated, distressed and foreclosed residential properties, to property renovations in the Mobile, AL and surrounding areas of Mississippi, Florida, Louisiana, and Tennessee; we get it done right.
