G2DS provides individualized services to improve organizational effectiveness and quality. We work collaboratively with organizations to develop solutions to challenges that hinder performance, whether organization-wide, within departments or with specific personnel. G2DS conducts Organizational Assessments in which we partner with an organization to complete a thorough assessment of areas experiencing challenges. We develop a comprehensive report that identifies areas where action is needed to improve organizational functioning. The report includes prioritized recommendations and a timeline to develop and implement processes that are practical and incisive, and target improved function. We also provide Strategic Planning, Executive Mentoring and Coaching, Training, and Human Resources Management Assistance, including workplace investigations.
