KOMAN Eco Services, LLC (KES) is a small disadvantaged 8(a) business that is 100%-owned by Natives of Kodiak, Inc. (NOK), an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC), through its holding company, KOMAN Holdings, LLC (KH). KES is an 8(a) small disadvantaged business and received SBA certification on August 18, 2022. KES was formed to pursue business opportunities that would enhance the economic well-being of our 900+ shareholders. KES is developing capabilities to provide facility support services, such as environmental strategy, program management, professional, and technical support under a primary NAICS code of 561210, to provide these services for the Department of Defense (DoD) and its contracting agencies nationwide. We are dedicated to growth that facilitates shareholder employment and professional development opportunities in the federal and commercial markets.
