Capabilities

Excel Construction currently operates in two distinct market places – as a General Contractor specializing in commercial tenant improvements and building renovations and as a sub-contractor specializing in metal framing, drywall, drywall finishing (taping) and painting on new commercial construction. Our metal framing, drywall, taping & painting specialties mesh well with tenant improvement work. We self-perform these portions of the work - giving us more control over schedule and quality than work that is subcontracted out. We are signatory with the Carpenters, Painters and Laborers local unions, providing access to a large pool of highly skilled craftspeople. When our workload suddenly increases, which happens frequently in tenant improvement work, we can respond quickly by hiring through the unions.
