Chitina Diversified Services-AMES1 JV, LLC is made up of Chitina Diversified Services, LLC and AMES 1, LLC. Chitina Diversified Services, LLC (CDS) is an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) owned construction management services 8(a) firm. CDS specializes in Project Development, Construction Management and Remote Site Construction. AMES1, LLC (JV Partner) has built its success on a National Level by establishing offices across the United States. Because our corporate office is in Anchorage, Alaska, and offices throughout the Country, our projects are rated as both OCONUS, and CONUS based. All members of the JV Team have multiple years’ experience in competitively gaining, executing, and completing Government contracts for Design-Build (D-B) construction.
