Aurora–CWC JV, LLC, is an SBA-certified 8(a) Mentor-Protégé participant formed to provide federal agencies with a proven construction partner capable of delivering complex, secure, and mission-critical facilities. The joint venture brings together Aurora Alaska, LLC, an 8(a) small business with extensive experience delivering facilities for federal clients, and Coakley & Williams Construction, a recognized contractor established in 1961 with decades of experience delivering high-quality buildings for government and commercial clients. Aurora–CWC combines the advantages of a qualified 8(a) small, disadvantaged business with the resources, technical depth, and project delivery capabilities of an experienced national contractor, enabling federal agencies to meet small business procurement goals while maintaining exceptional project performance. We have extensive experience supporting the US Army COE & CBP border patrol stations, checkpoints, detention & other secure facilities.
