Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Clerk of North Platte, Nebraska, until 11:00 a.m., local time on July 14th, 2026, for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and plant and all else necessary to properly construct the Iron Horse Park Trail 2026 Schedule 3 consisting of approximately 1900 SY of Subgrade Prep, 1900 SY of 6” concrete paving, Net 300 CY of Cut Material, and appurtenances thereto. At which hour or as soon as possible thereafter, the City Clerk of North Platte, Nebraska, will proceed to open in a public letting, and consider the bids received for the construction of the aforesaid improvements. Bids shall be an aggregate on all work to be performed, broken down to accurately reflect unit prices for all estimated quantities.
