Description
Remove attic sprinkler heads and piping in unheated attic space of 72 park buildings. Install vapor barrier and additional insulation as needed to protect celling piping and heads. Maintain as an antifreeze system at new, lower NFPA concentrations. Invoke NFPA 13.5.3.3.4.1(2) Allow higher antifreeze concentration based on location of sprinkler heads in unoccupied area. Conduct third party risk assessment to document the variance (as per regs). Maintain as an antifreeze system at new, lower NFP
