Yellowstone National Park has an inventory of underground fuel storage tanks. In order to maintain compliance with Federal, State, and local tank regulations, it is necessary to periodically conduct integrity testing, containment testing, evaluation of tank gauging and release detection systems, and DEQ compliance evaluations. The 2027 work can only be completed by a fully licensed contractor.
