Elevator and Chair Lift Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services

MSHA National Mining Academy is seeking to procure a Preventative Maintenance and Service Repairs contract for existing elevators and chair lifts that are located within various buildings on the premises. The contractor will be required to conduct monthly elevator and chair lift  inspections and maintenance services to eliminate or minimize elevator and chair lift malfunctions, breakdowns, and deteriorations.   Contract inspection and maintenance of the elevators and chair lifts  must ensure continuous, safe, and satisfactory operation at all times.   Current elevators and chair lifts are: QTY: one (1) ESCO passenger elevator QTY: one (1) Southeastern Elevator Co. passenger elevators QTY: one (1) Schinder passenger elevator QTY: two (2) Ameriglide stair lifts QTY: one (1) Garaventa Stair lift QTY: one (1) Timotion pool lift
