Website Open Data Discovery (WODD) -Recompete

The purpose of this requirement is to continue supporting the dissemination of open data by developing, operating, and maintaining the website data.cms.gov. The main goal of data.cms.gov is to ensure that publicly available data from CMS is easy to discover, access, and utilize. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of website management, including operations and maintenance. They will also collaborate with data owners throughout the agency to develop and release new interactive tools, datasets, and information products. While the majority of the contract will focus on new development work, other responsibilities include providing security and incident management support, implementing agile product management principles, conducting user research, and operating a help desk to assist users.
