Washington Wildfires Basecamps

The scope of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) includes providing billeting in FEMA Region 10. FEMA Region 10 and FEMA Responder Support Branch HQ have approved the activation of up to 120 beds maximum, at a maximum of four camps in FEMA Region 10. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, fuel, supplies, and transportation, necessary to provide the items and services described herein. For the purposes of this PWS, vendor provided transportation for CONUS is defined as all necessary vendor provided/contracted resources required to transport contractor personnel, equipment, and supplies, completion of required load planning; providing/securing required material handling equipment as required, and equipment/supplies to locations as specified at the time of award. The initial delivery location is Ephrata Municipal Airport Federal Staging Area (FSA). 1990 East Division Avenue Ephrata, Washington 98823 Resources will be staged at the FSA until final locations are confirmed. Final locations will be within 200 miles of FSA. This is a task order issued under FEMA's TSF IDIQ.
