Description
This project is phase 1 design for demo and replacement of two Upper and Lower Hardy Creek Bridges: Upper 42- by 10-foot and Lower 46- by 16-foot. Both built in 1970. Without replacement the service has no access to the Refuge for vehicles and equipment.
