Open Floor Plan Modification – Interior Partitioning and Finishing

This project is to build new interior walls inside a federal building to divide an open space into smaller rooms, such as offices or meeting areas. The work includes putting up metal or wood framing, adding drywall, finishing and painting the walls. It also includes adding electrical outlets and light switches where needed and possibly adjusting the heating and air system to work with the new layout. The goal is to create more private and functional spaces. All work must follow federal building codes and safety rules.
