Description
Full Rehabilitation of Bldg. #20 to include, but not limited to: abatement of lead-based paint (LBP) and asbestos containing materials (ACM); roof replacement, plumbing system replacement, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) replacement, electrical system replacement, interior space programming change, and fire suppression and alarm notification. In addition, a new communication shelter will be constructed to house the park's Information Technology (IT) main servers.
