Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Yakama Agency Forestry anticipates an FY27 design-build construction requirement for two replacement facilities at 151 Rodeo Drive, Harrah, Washington 98952. The facilities will replace buildings destroyed by wildfire and will support Yakama Agency Forestry operations. The design-build contractor will be responsible for completing the design and constructing two complete and functional replacement facilities generally within the footprints of the former buildings. The anticipated work includes design, foundations, structural systems, roofing and building envelope, interior construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, utility connections, and associated site improvements necessary to provide complete and usable facilities. Specific design criteria, building configurations, systems, performance requirements, and construction schedule will be established as acquisition planning progresses.
