Project will rehabilitate the interior and maintain the exterior of the historic slate comfort station located at Paradise in Mount Rainier National Park serving over 685,000 visitors annually. The interior finishes will be removed down to studs and new plumbing, electrical wiring and insulation will be installed. Any historic fabric will be carefully removed, repaired/restored and reinstalled. Heating systems will be replaced with new energy efficient systems.
