Description
This project will rehabilitate the critical systems and accomplish basic work on the building interior to bring to warm, lit shell condition as a precursor to leasing the building. The project will accomplish structural stabilization; rehabilitate the heating, cooling, lighting, fire protection alarms and sprinklers; and add an accessible entrance to the building.
