Description
-HVAC & Environmental Systems: Replacement of the existing facility HVAC system with a new, appropriately sized system. Scope includes inspection and repair of all supply and exhaust ductwork, and rebalancing/adjustment of all Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes across designated spaces. -Locker Room & Facility Alterations: Reconfiguration of the Small Boat Station locker room facility. Work includes the removal of an unused garage door, framing and installation of partition walls to establish separate male and female areas, construction of a dedicated tiled wet room for gear washing and drying, creation of designated laundry space (washer/dryer hookups), and ensure adequate storage space for crews.
