MABI Perform Cyclic Maintenance to Preserve Upper and Lower Summer Houses

This project will make critical repairs to a pair of architectural treasures, the only known extant Adirondack-style summer outdoor pavilions designed by pioneer 19th century architect Robert Morris Copeland. The buildings are 9 ft by 9 ft stick built with copper roofs and gutters. The project includes the restoration of 324 sq ft of stick sheathing per structure, 8 roof rafters and supports, and more
