The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM), Operations Support Facilities (OSF), Project Delivery Branch (PDB) has requirement to design-build (DB) construction of a new marine Vessel Maintenance Facility (VMF), boat ramp, boat dock, and parking area in Red Hook National Park to support the Air and Marine Operations (AMO) expanded staffing and mission requirements.
