Description
The contractor will be responsible for a comprehensive range of services to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the USCG Financial Service Center's operations. This involves the full lifecycle of automation, from analyzing current financial accounting processes to designing and developing new automated solutions using tools such as the Microsoft 365 Power Platform, UiPath, and SharePoint. Alongside development, the contractor must provide continuous sustainment and operational support for all automated systems, which includes monitoring, administration, troubleshooting, and user assistance to ensure their reliability. Furthermore, the role requires supporting government-led initiatives to standardize and improve business processes by mapping workflows, identifying control gaps, and creating a library of documentation like Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), in addition to developing and delivering training programs.
