Trust Information Analysis & Reporting Tool (TIART) System Support

The requirement is to provide IT support services for the TIART, a cloud-native system within a Microsoft Azure environment. Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support along with the potential for Development, Modernization, and Enhancement (DME) work. Cloud O&M is for security, patching, monitoring, and cost governance. Azure environments will have continuous management and proactive platform modernization, vulnerabilities accumulate, system performance degrades, and costs increase. BTFA uses the TIART to query 300,000+ boxes of paper at the American Indian Records Repository and nearly 80 million existing digital images (as well as new images created as digitization proceeds). This requirement supports the Indian Affairs (IA) Bureau of Trust Funds Administration (BTFA).
