Description
SA TV Studio requires vendor support from a qualified software engineering provider certified in Microsoft Server OS, Apple Mac OS, and Jamf. The vendor will support configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of an existing small network consisting of six Apple Mac workstations and one Microsoft Server 2019. The support will help ensure TSA TV Studio systems operate in support of the TSA TV Studio mission and comply with applicable TSA IT and NIST policies using Jamf Pro, which has already been purchased by TSA, across the SCPA division. The vendor will analyze, troubleshoot, and manage Apple Mac devices using Jamf Pro to monitor the environment and maintain security compliance under TSA IT policy. The vendor should have demonstrated knowledge and certifications in Windows Server 2019, Mac OS, and Jamf. The vendor will also provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to the on-site Studio Engineer regarding server and endpoint management.
