The project will replace 2,381 linear feet of crumbling sidewalks with new asphalt walkways addressing Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) requirements for the sidewalk and key picnic site pads; rehabilitation of 5 drinking fountains and associated plumbing fixtures; Replace, provide and relocate 3 dumpster pads. This will take place at Pinnacles Picnic Area in the Central District of Shenandoah National Park. Work will likely start in early Spring and extend into the summer months.
